Holly Robinson Peete To Host Talk Show For Moms
Actress, author, advocate, singer. Add wife and mother of four and you’ve got a few of the hats worn by powerhouse Holly Robinson Peete. This fall Peete will add CBS talk show host to her ever-growing resume.
The network announced a new daytime talk show targeted to moms and hosted by Peete, Sara Gilbert, Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne, Leah Remini and Marissa Jaret Winokur. With kids ranging from infants to adults, the women will discuss current events and hot topics from the perspective of mothers.
Peete is already vocal on her experiences as a mother, including her son’s battle with autism. She and daughter Ryan Elizabeth released their children’s book My Brother Charlie earlier this year. The actress and husband Rodney Peete also hosted the 12th Annual DesignCare fundraiser this month for their HollyRod Foundation, which supports children and adults with autism and Parkinson’s disease.
With more than 20 years experience in entertainment and 12 years as a mom, Peete continues to master the juggle of work and family. – Brittany Johnson
