Today’s belly challenge tip: Don’t get too full. Don’t get too empty.
Getting full is not belly friendly. This isn’t The Great Famine, so there’s no need to top off your tank. If you feel miserable, bloated and full as a tick, you’ve eaten too much, and you’re at a 10 on the fullness scale. Next time, dial back to a more satisfied 6, 7 or 8. And don’t wait until you’re on “E” to eat. Have a bite when you’re at about a 2 on the fullness scale; eat before you get ravenous and you’ll have a better chance at making wise food and portion choices.
