What inspired you to become a trainer and model?

What inspired me was to be able to do more without having a overhead. Also, to work towards being able to spend more time with family.

I got into modeling because of the fashion, a few folks asked me why don’t I get into it and I just found I was able to be expressive behind the lens.

What is your fitness regimen?
My regimen to stay ready is to make sure I eat clean as much as possible so my diet besides continuing to workout is probably the most essential part.

What is your process before a photo shoot?
Process before a shoot is always remain professional and try to get into character or bringing a concept to life.

What do you think is your best marketing campaign?
My best campaign was probably a small promotional type video with pictures for a guys underwear line called Apeel that made me have more interest because I saw the response after doing it.

With your busy schedule and workout routine how do you maintain balance?
How do I juggle it. Geez I’m a dad first so the drive with trying to figuring this parenting thing is a job of its own. But aside that it has helped bring more balance to my life because it has helped me with time management. So now that I put more emphasis on the emotional side of being a parent it reassures me that progress is being made enabling to equally focus on work.

Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
In the next five years I’d like to be continuing a healthy lifestyle but inspiring others to do also no matter if you’re old or not. Along with venturing into real estate as another goal to empower others as well as laying a foundation for my kids to build off of.
