Dessert expert, and founder of Charm Decor, Ameenah Hyman shows you how to make Healthy Mini Chocolate Orange Tarts.
1⁄2 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup Soy Milk
1⁄2 cup Dark Chocolate
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Step 1: Pour soy milk in medium saucepan and simmer until boiling hot. Pour over dark chocolate. Stir to combine, then add vanilla. Set aside until slightly cool.
Step 2: Combine coconut flour, agave syrup and coconut oil in bowl. Mix together until moist. Press down in your tart pan and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Step 3: Pour chocolate Ganache on bottom of chilled crust. Sprinkle with orange zest. Fill remaining shell with more Ganache. Chill for 15 min or until firm. Garnish with chocolate curls and orange zest
