But doing more than one set is not really all that effective. Research shows that performing only 1 set of high-repetition squats was more effective at building size and more muscle mass than doing multiple sets. So the rule of thumb here is: start with one set, squatting as deeply as you can, for as many reps as you can until you can’t do it anymore reps. Squatting with one set for as many reps as you can, at a consistent pace, activates your fast-twitch muscles which helps build more muscle mass really quickly, and generates that extra boost to your backside that you so desire.

Thoroughly wash your greens, and then roll into a bushel. You should slice your greens into thin slices.  Next, preheat a skillet with a teaspoon of Red African Palm Oil. Then add garlic and onions for taste. Stir lightly or until tender. Once the greens are tender, they are done. Serve in a large bowl and sprinkle diced tomatoes on top, adding a pinch of sea salt.
