Tell us about your company.

Napalm Apparel is the clothing line. Made of Urban Comfort Wear clothing. I like to be comfortable and feel everyone should be when stepping out. Be explosive with your look is a play on Napalm.. The line consist of Tshirts and hoodies with much more to come. Look out for light sweat pants, hats and hoodless sweatshirts.

What inspired your designs?

The designs are primarily inspired by love for trucks of all kinds, love of things in the black community and my love for Roses. The starting collections are Big Truck, Rose Bud Logo, and Napalm Premium. More collections soon to come…

What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

It gives you the ability to change the narrative of life. In life we focus on having more time achieving what we want. Being an Entrepreneur allows me reach my goals. The most important goal in my life is being with my family and providing a secure future for my children. Entrepreneurship allows this to become my everyday possibility.

How has Covid-19 impacted your business?

COVID made me realize to a greater extent that we can only depend on ourselves and our community for the greatest support. This clothing line was actually created in the mist of COVID and went live in May 2021.

What advice would you give someone who seeks to be an entrepreneur?

Don’t let your idea sit, don’t let your passion die and don’t let anyone tell your ideas are not good enough. Let your passion drive you to accomplish your goals.

Where do you see your business in the next five years?

Napalm Apparel is part of a bigger business. The whole family so far been involved in pushing the clothing line. I would love for the clothing line to evolve into dress cloths and many other parts of fashion. I would also love to create different forms of employment as well.
