Child Development Associate (CDA) Program
| You can start now! TIS Foundation offers classes to prepare eligible applicants for the CDA Credential. TIS also assists students in the application process, exam scheduling, and a verification visit. |
| Qualifications Must be 18 years of age Must have a high school Diploma or GED Must pass a Criminal background check  |
| Course Entails: Early Childhood Education capacity-building course Hands-on experience in a qualified Early Head Start program Requirement to complete 600 hours (120 instructional and 480 practicum) Requirement to work with a group of infants, toddlers, twos, and preschool 3-5 years Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6PM – 8PM Saturdays: 9AM – 2PM |
