Welcome to my review of the sporty 2023 Volkswagen Jetta GLI Autobahn, which I had the pleasure of test-driving for a week. It was just upgraded last year with new tech and performance features that offer an exceptional driving experience.

The front seats provide excellent support and comfort, especially with side bolstering. Stainless steel pedals and a leather-wrapped steering wheel with red accents complete the sporty ambiance.
Technology: The Jetta GLI Autobahn has many cutting-edge technology features to enhance your driving experience. The centerpiece of the infotainment system is the 8-inch touchscreen display, which integrates VW’s Composition Media system running MIB3. While not the latest offering from VW, it still offers crisp graphics and seamless functionality. It includes features like Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, voice control, HD radio, and Bluetooth connectivity.
For audiophiles, the Jetta GLI Autobahn comes with a Beats premium audio system. Its 400-watt output and eight speakers deliver immersive and high-quality sound, ensuring that your favorite tunes accompany every drive.

Fuel Economy: The Jetta GLI shares its turbocharged four-cylinder with two different transmissions, which get different fuel-economy ratings. The standard six-speed manual transmission is estimated at 26 city/37 highway mpg, while the models with the optional seven-speed automatic get an estimated 26 city/36 highway mpg.
