A panel of trusted experts and influencers share tips for achieving wellness and resilience in the new year
As the new year kicks off, it’s the perfect time to prioritize health and well-being. To help individuals prepare for a vibrant and healthy 2025, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Risk Less. Do More. public education campaign is partnered with Heart & Soul Magazine to host a special virtual event, “Thrive & Shine: Tips for a Happy & Healthy New Year.”
“We all have the same goal: to thrive in 2025 and beyond,” said Dr. Kimberly Jeffries Leonard, CEO and president of Envision Consulting, who will be moderating the discussion. “This event is about equipping our community with the tools and knowledge to take charge of our health, face challenges with confidence, and unlock our full potential. Whether it’s making impactful lifestyle changes or embracing the power of preventive care, these small steps can spark transformative change—for individuals, families, and entire communities.”
