Dr. Joyce Bryant, M.D.T. is the Chief Executive Officer of Quality Dental School of Technology, Inc., A private vocational school, approved by New Jersey.
Dr. Bryant is the first Afro-American to own a Dental School in the history of our Country.
It has always been a passion of mine to return to the High Schools and train the students that are interested in the Dental Industry. I learned this trade as a Dental Technician in High School,1977′ and I understand the importance of a solid career path. I am grateful for this opportunity that was offered to me in High School. This sets the stage for my life with a brighter future. The training I received from High School guided me to a Vocational Training School in Manhattan, NY and from there I received an M.D.T. Degree as a Dental Technician at NYU. This set the stage for me as a young woman growing up in the city of Newark, New Jersey.
I would like to return to the High Schools and offer the same opportunity that was given to me in the 12th grade. This will allow our students to graduate with an opportunity to take the Dental Assistant National Board Exams for Chair Side Dental Assistant and the Dental Laboratory Technician National Board Exam. CNA Program can be set for the State of New Jersey exam.
Youth especially need our help. To define life goals, Quality Dental School’s slogan is everyone should be offered the opportunity to be successful and productive citizens. This is the POWER for community GROWTH.

Directs the review and approval of expenditure for the school’s purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and contracted services. Directs the review and analysis of research materials and other. educational resource literature to ensure that the school’s programs reflect current learning theories and instructional techniques. Directs the establishment and maintenance to ensure the security and integrity of confidential records and files.Represents/host the school at conferences, seminars, and meetings in relevant educational programs issues. |
