What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

I always had an interest in natural and holistic health, with that curiosity I went back to school for massage therapy with intentions of moving into chiropractic or acupuncture work. When I got into massage therapy I didn’t realize how deep the rabbit hole went with my fascination with the human body and how it works; also, in conjunction with getting laid off, the universe sort of thrusted me into entrepreneurship.

Tell us about your company and services.

At Atlanta Touch Therapy, we champion quality over quantity, valuing the unique essence of each client. As license practitioners in Georgia, we uphold a commitment to personalized care that sets us apart.

Our expertise spans a range of specialized techniques, including neuromuscular, integrated sports, lymphatic, and Swedish modalities.

But here’s where the magic happens: we’re able to craft a bespoke experience for you, merging these techniques into a customized hybrid approach.

Tell us about some of the benefits of getting massages.

Some of the benefits of receiving a massage include: increase of body awareness, body alignment, balance, increase circulation, pain management, increase recovery time, injury prevention, sensation of heightened well-being, stress relief and relaxation. Our approach transcends traditional spot treatment. We strive to return your body to a state of equilibrium, by addressing the broader picture. We understand that true relief comes from addressing the body as a whole and restoring its natural harmony.

What kind of experience can someone expect when utilizing your services?

When utilizing Atlanta Touch Therapy our clients can expect to receive professional body work experience and education. We’re committed to uncovering the root of the problem. It’s not just about providing temporary relief; it’s about finding your “new zero” and addressing the underlying issues that throw your body out of balance. We believe in addressing the cause to achieve sustainable well-being. We believe in empowering you beyond the treatment table. Our approach includes educating you about self-care practices that compliment our treatments. We aim to equip you with tools and knowledge to maintain your new found balance and support your journey to wellness.

What is the most challenging aspect of being an entrepreneur?

Some of the most challenging aspects of an entrepreneur are managing the time and energy it takes to provide high quality service. Also, balancing the love of the craft with the managerial responsibility.

What advice would you give someone who seeks to become an entrepreneur?

My advice to someone who seeks to be an entrepreneur is to embrace the uncomfortable growth, strengthen your weaknesses and build a strong team. Entrepreneurship will push you in ways you can not fathom, however, the lessons will last a lifetime.

Where would you like to see your business in the next five years?

In the next 5 years, I would like to see Atlanta Touch Therapy as a thriving holistic wellness center in the community, for the community. A place where clients can trust and appreciate quality of service.
