I’ve discovered that I am capable of leading a team through complex challenges and navigating the intricacies of both technology and politics. It’s also taught me the importance of resilience and adaptability, as building a platform that addresses such a critical issue requires continuous learning and adjustment. Most importantly, I’ve learned the value of collaboration and the power of a shared vision, as working closely with my cofounders (i.e., siblings) and our team has been central to our progress and success.
